HORTON—SCHULER <br />HOMES, LLC <br />D. R. Horton—Schuler, LLC is desirous of granting the County of Hawai‘i the easements <br />and sewer facilities found on the premises described in Exhibit A and depicted on <br />Exhibit B, which are attached to this resolution.
