Funds would be used to reimburse overtime costs incurred by the Hawaii Police Department in providing resources to assist with operations of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. The amendments are intended to address language affecting the ability to develop projects and to clarify the authority of the plan as an ordinance of the County.
