Hawai‘i County Council-13 May 15, 2013 <br /> <br />Res. 106-13 ACCEPTS THE NEGOTIATED LEASE AGREEMENT FOR HĀMĀKUA <br />(Draft 2): LANDS IDENTIFIED AS TAX MAP KEY (3) 4-3-009-059 WITH <br />FRANK COMMENDADOR, PURSUANT TO SECTION 2-114 OF THE <br />HAWAI‘I COUNTY CODE <br />Resolution 38-11 authorized the lease of certain County of Hawai‘i owned lands <br />in the District of Hāmākua, and required that the negotiated lease agreement for <br />those lands be accepted by the County Council. <br /> <br /> Reference: Comm. 248.3 <br /> Intr. by: Ms. Poindexter <br /> Approve: FC-63 <br /> <br />; and <br />Comm. 248.4: From Council Member Valerie T.
