Dodd. {Grant of easement shall be subject to the following: Mr. Higashi and Ms. Dodd to pay all costs of surveying and appraisal, the market value to be determined by appraisal; and the Count of Hawai `i will select the appraiser.) This will allow for the office space to be used initially by the Pahoa Council Office and, if vacated in the future, to be used for other County needs.)
