Funds would be used to assist in the development and implementation of a plan to achieve equitable internet access for all Hawaii residents. Funds would be used to provide services and financial assistance for internet subscription fees for qualified households on Hawai`i Island. These additional funds would be used by the Prosecuting Attorney's Office for a new case management system, increased internet bandwidth, licensing, and replacement of computers to improve the quality, timeliness, and accessibility of criminal history records.
