Due to the extensive travel time <br /> between South Hilo and Ka`u, this position would be stationed in Ka`u and would <br /> service sites in Pahala, Na`alehu, Hawaiian Ocean View Estates, and Pahoa.} <br /> Res. 475-08: Authorizes the Payment of Funds of a Later Fiscal Year and More Than One Fiscal <br /> Year for aMulti-Year Lease (five years) of Warehouse Space in Kailua-Kona. <br /> {The lease with Hansen Commercial Investments, LLC, an Oregon Limited <br /> Liability Company, is located at 73-4164 Huliko`a Street in Kailua-Kona (approx. <br /> 3.718 square feet) with a monthly rental cost of $5,402 (from February 1, 2008, to <br /> July 31, 2010), then $5,807 a month (from August 1, 2010, to January 31, 2013), <br /> and Common Area Maintenance charges of $0.27 per square feet per month, <br /> commencing on February 1, 2008, or the date of delivery of the space to the County, <br /> whichever comes later, with the option to extend the lease for another five years <br /> subject to agreement on rent between the County and the Landlord.} <br /> Res. 476-08: Creates Four Water Safety Officer II Positions for the Hawaii Fire Department. <br /> {These positions would provide lifeguard services for the Isaac Hale Memorial <br /> Beach Park in Puna.} <br /> <br />
