De Lima and Mr. Kenneth M. Rowe. PSPRC-5 Recommends approval of the nomination of Ms. Jan K. Yokoyama (Council (Comm. 164): District 2) to the Liquor Control Adjudication Board. PSPRC-6 Recommends approval of the nomination of Mr. Donn S. Mende (Council (Comm. 165): District 3) to the Police Commission.
