Ashida, dated September 21, 2009, <br /> requesting an executive meeting for the purpose of discussing with the Council the <br /> hiring of special counsel specializing in bond work to assist Corporation Counsel <br /> attorneys in the Hokuli`a case. <br /> Comm. 552: WEST HAWAII TODAY V. COUNTY COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF <br /> HAWAII, ET. AL. CIVIL NO. 09-1-279K <br /> From Corporation Counsel Lincoln S. T. Ashida, dated September 25, 2009. <br /> <br /> The Council anticipates convening an executive meeting regarding the above matters, pursuant to Sections 92-4 <br /> and 92-5(a)(4), for the purpose of discussing the hiring of special counsel specializing in bond work to assist <br /> Corporation Counsel attorneys in the Hokuli`a litigation, and to consult with Council's attorney on questions and <br /> issues pertaining to the Council's powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and liabilities.
