Hawai‘i County Council-24 August 3, 2011 Res. 104-11: AMENDS RESOLUTION NO. 56-11 BY INCREASING THE PER PAGE COST CAP FOR A MULTI-YEAR LEASE FOR ONE COPIER FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES The copier shall be leased for a period of five years at a cost of $295.97 per month, plus $0.0104 for each black and white copy in excess of the monthly allowance, and $0.082 per color copy. Re: Comm. 267 Intr. by: Ms. Ford (B/R) Approve: FC-88 Res. 106-11: AUTHORIZES THE OFFICE OF THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH, ALCOHOL AND DRUG ABUSE DIVISION, STATE OF HAWAI‘I (ADAD), PURSUANT TO HRS 46-7, FOR A PROGRAM TO CONDUCT ENFORCEMENT OPERATIONS OF MINORS PURCHASING ALCOHOL, FOR THE HAWAI‘I POLICE DEPARTMENT The funds would be used towards personnel costs incurred during joint operations conducted by plain clothes officers to observe purchase attempts by minor field researchers and to cite any retail store which makes an illegal sale to a minor. Re: Comm. 269 Intr. by: Ms. Ford Approve: FC-89 Res. 107-11: AUTHORIZES THE OFFICE OF THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH PURSUANT TO HRS 46-7, FOR A MENTAL HEALTH TRANSFORMATION STATE INCENTIVE GRANT (MHT SIG) FOR THE HAWAI‘I POLICE DEPARTMENT The funds would be used to develop procedures and train personnel to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of prevention and early intervention efforts for adults and juveniles with mental illness within the criminal justice system.
