Schedule <br /> <br />13. [Reserved.] Prohibited right turn areas. When properly sign posted, the <br />following private streets or portions of private streets are designated as <br />prohibited right turn areas: “(d) Ka‘ū, (1) Hawaiian Ocean View Estates <br />Subdivision., 1.
