The Financial Empowerment Center would provide free, one-on-one professional financial counseling and coaching for residents of Hawaii Island. Funds would be used to hire two employees to assist with transporting seniors, to purchase vehicles and train staff, and for other transportation program expenditures of the Department of Parks and Recreation's Elderly Activities Division.
