The applicant is requesting a five-year time extension to Condition C (Complete Construction), and to amend Conditions D (Dedicate Road Widening Strip), and N (Fair Share Contribution). This amendment would allow the applicant to develop a 104-unit senior independent living community. The property is located along the north and east side of Hualalai Road, northwest of the Aloha Kona Subdivision.
