Section 14.7.5.7.2, Courses of Action, North Kona, of the General Plan shall be <br /> amended to include the following: <br /> "(d) Support the expansion of the Honokohau Small Boat Harbor and a mixed <br /> use development of adjoining lands with commercial, light industrial, hotel and other transient <br /> accommodations, recreational facilities, and open space uses." <br /> 3. Pursuant to and consistent with the map attached hereto as "Exhibit A", the <br /> General Plan Land Use Pattern Allocation Guide map shall be amended to include Open, Resort, <br /> and Urban Expansion area designations within the lands situate at and adjacent to the Honokohau <br /> Small Boat Harbor that aze owned by the State Department of Hawaiian Home Lands and the <br /> State Department of Land and Natural Resources. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the County of Hawaii transmit <br /> certified copies of this resolution to Mayor Hazry Kim; Mr. Christopher J.
