The Electrical Code in Chapter 9 is amended with <br />the following: 1) revised scope, 2) the definition "Administrative authority" is <br />amended to read "Authority having jurisdiction" (AHJ), 3) addition of new <br />definitions, 4) amended request for inspection, 5) amended rain water and sea water <br />flooding standards, and 6) simplified fee schedule.) <br />Re: Comm. 874 <br />Intr. by: Mr. Enriques <br />Waived: PWIRC <br />• and <br />From Public Works and Intergovernmental Relations Committee Chair <br />Guy Enriques, dated August 16, 2010, requesting that this matter be waived to the <br />Council for immediate action; and <br />From Public Works Director Warren H.
