Udovic, dated July 20, 2011. <br /> <br />The Council anticipates convening an executive meeting regarding the above matters, pursuant to Section 92-5(a)(4), <br />for the purpose of consulting with Council’s attorney on questions and issues pertaining to the Council’s powers, <br />duties, privileges, immunities, and liabilities.
