Hawai‘i County Council-9 April 9, 2013 <br /> <br />Bill 50: AMENDS CHAPTER 24, ARTICLE 10, DIVISION 1, SECTION 24-260 OF <br />THE HAWAI‘I COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), <br />RELATING TO SPEED LIMITS <br />Revises the speed limits along Māmalahoa Bypass Highway in accordance with <br />the Māmalahoa Highway Bypass Road project, and to be more appropriate to the <br />current conditions of the roadway. Amends Schedule 5, 35-mile per hour limit, <br />subsection (f), by revising item (1) to state, “Ali‘i Drive, from Kamehameha III <br />Road to Māmalahoa Bypass Highway.” <br /> <br /> Re: Comm. 194 <br /> Intr. by: Mr. Kanuha <br /> Approve: PWPRC-12 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Bill 52: AMENDS CHAPTER 24, ARTICLE 10, DIVISION 1, SECTION 24-255 OF <br />THE HAWAI‘I COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), <br />RELATING TO SPEED LIMITS <br />Revises the speed limits along Ali‘i Drive to be more appropriate to the current <br />conditions of the roadway.
