-27December 5, 2017 Res. 391-17: AUTHORIZES THE PAYMENT OF FUNDS OF A LATER FISCAL YEAR AND OF MORE THAN ONE FISCAL YEAR FOR A MULTI-YEAR LEASE FOR TWO 200 KILOWATT EMERGENCY GENERATORS Authorizes the Mayor to enter into a five-year lease agreement at an estimated monthly cost of $6,500. The equipment would be used by the Department of Environmental Management, Wastewater Division, to power sewer pump stations during power outages. The County will own the equipment at the end of the lease. The equipment would be used by the Department of Environmental Management, Wastewater Division, to power wastewater plants and larger sewer pump stations during power outages. The County will own the equipment at the end of the lease. The equipment would be used by the Department of Environmental Management, Wastewater Division, to clean sewer main lines and service laterals as well as remove material from lift station wet wells, treatment plant tanks, and channels.
