Brilhante) (Area: 1.166 acre) The Leeward Planning Commission forwards its favorable recommendation for this change of zone, which would allow the applicant to subdivide the property into two lots. The applicant will continue to live in her current residence and the new lot will be conveyed to a family member to build a residence.
