Hawaii County Council -32 February 19, 2020 <br />Bill 136: AMENDS ORDINANCE NO. 19-73, AS AMENDED, THE OPERATING <br />BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAII FOR THE FISCAL YEAR <br />ENDING JUNE 30. 2020 <br />Increases revenues in the State Grants — Wireless E911 Fees account ($375,000); <br />and appropriates the same to the Wireless E911 account, bringing the total <br />appropriation to $1.875 million. LOYOLA VS. DARREN J. ROSARIO, ET AL.; CIVIL <br />NO. 16-1-0006 <br />From Deputy Corporation Counsel John S. Mukai, dated January 28, 2020, <br />requesting an attorney-client confidential discussion to consult with the Council <br />to request that Hawaii County Fire Chief Darren J. Rosario be indemnified in the <br />above -entitled matter. <br />The Council anticipates convening an executive meeting regarding the above matter, pursuant to <br />Section 92-5(a)(4), for the purpose of consulting with Council's attorney on questions and issues <br />pertaining to the Council's powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and liabilities.
