<br />Equipment ($300,000), for a total of $1,567,394. Pursuant to Section 10-8 of the
<br />Hawaii County Charter relating to supplemental appropriations, certifies that there
<br />is a balance of $3,307,209.24 in the Highway Fund fund balance as of June 30,
<br />2008. Appropriates $1,567,394 to various traffic division, highway maintenance,
<br />and transit accounts; and the remaining balance of $1,739,815.24 will be kept in
<br />reserve for anticipated revenue decline and future appropriation needs. }
