Hawaii County Council-48 Page 7 October 31, 2006 BILLS FOR ORDINANCES (FIRST READING) Bill 4 Amends Chapter 4 of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005 Edition), Animals. (Draft 6): {Repeals the existing Chapter 4, Animals, and sets out a new chapter regarding Animals. Replicates Chapter 7, Animals and Fowl, of the Revised Ordinances of Honolulu with a few minor adjustments. Contains provisions relating to the following: cockfighting and related equipment, animal nuisances, dog licenses, regulation of dogs, public spay and neuter clinic for dogs and cats, cat identification program, and regulation of dangerous dogs.
