(3)2-6-010:060, Situate at Kaiwiki, South Hilo, Hawaii. {The Director of Finance is authorized to sell Road Remnant "A" (map attached) containing an area of 2,488 square feet to Randolph and Susan Cabral for a portion of their property containing an area of 3,369 square feet subject to the County of Hawaii assuming all other costs involved in the sale and acquisition. } Re: Comm. 181.2 Intr. by: Mr. Yagong Approve: FC-37 Res. 66-09: Encourages the Respective Counties of Hawaii, Maui, Kauai, and the City and County of Honolulu, to Collaborate and Pursue a Single Solid Waste Proposal That Could Enable the State of Hawaii to Qualify and Apply for Federal Funding Under Any and All Existing or Proposed Economic Stimulus and Stabilization Packages, Including, but Not Limited to, the New "Food, Conservation and Energy Act of 2008", Also Known as the 2007 U.S. Farm Bill. {Encourages the counties of Hawaii, Maui, Kauai, and the City and County of Honolulu to collaborate in developing a joint process to address the State's solid waste issues through integrated programs that promote economic and agricultural sustainability for the State of Hawai `i. } Re: Comm. 189 Intr. by: Mr. Greenwell Approve: EMC-3 Res. 68-09: Authorizes the Office of the Mayor to Enter Into an Agreement with the State of Hawaii Department of the Attorney General, Pursuant to HRS 46-7, for a Sexual Assault Forensic Examiner (SAFE) Standby Pay Grant for the Hawaii County Police Department. {Funds would be used to compensate the SAFE nurses who are on standby status and waiting to conduct an examination on victims of sexual assault at any time of the day or week. } Re: Comm. 195 Intr. by: Mr. Yagong Approve: FC-39
