(3)2-6-010:060, Situate at Kaiwiki, South Hilo, <br />Hawaii. {The Director of Finance is authorized to sell Road Remnant "A" (map <br />attached) containing an area of 2,488 square feet to Randolph and Susan Cabral for <br />a portion of their property containing an area of 3,369 square feet subject to the <br />County of Hawaii assuming all other costs involved in the sale and acquisition. } <br />Re: Comm. 181.2 <br />Intr. by: Mr. Yagong <br />Approve: FC-37 <br />Res. 66-09: Encourages the Respective Counties of Hawaii, Maui, Kauai, and the City and <br />County of Honolulu, to Collaborate and Pursue a Single Solid Waste Proposal That <br />Could Enable the State of Hawaii to Qualify and Apply for Federal Funding Under <br />Any and All Existing or Proposed Economic Stimulus and Stabilization Packages, <br />Including, but Not Limited to, the New "Food, Conservation and Energy Act of <br />2008", Also Known as the 2007 U.S. Farm Bill. {Encourages the counties of <br />Hawaii, Maui, Kauai, and the City and County of Honolulu to collaborate in <br />developing a joint process to address the State's solid waste issues through <br />integrated programs that promote economic and agricultural sustainability for the <br />State of Hawai `i. } <br />Re: Comm. 189 <br />Intr. by: Mr. Greenwell <br />Approve: EMC-3 <br />Res. 68-09: Authorizes the Office of the Mayor to Enter Into an Agreement with the State of <br />Hawaii Department of the Attorney General, Pursuant to HRS 46-7, for a Sexual <br />Assault Forensic Examiner (SAFE) Standby Pay Grant for the Hawaii County <br />Police Department. {Funds would be used to compensate the SAFE nurses who are <br />on standby status and waiting to conduct an examination on victims of sexual <br />assault at any time of the day or week. } <br />Re: Comm. 195 <br />Intr. by: Mr. Yagong <br />Approve: FC-39 <br />
