States the report is comprised of initial questions prepared by his office and submitted to DEM for comment. Res. 176-11: AUTHORIZES THE OFFICE OF THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THE U. S. DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE, OFFICE OF JUSTICE PROGRAMS, BUREAU OF JUSTICE ASSISTANCE PURSUANT TO HRS 46-7, FOR A JUSTICE ASSISTANCE GRANT FOR THE HAWAI‘I COUNTY POLICE DEPARTMENT Funds would be used to purchase a trailer to transport training materials and mats, purchase audio and video equipment to produce in-house training videos, and to cover costs incurred for two Death Investigation trainings for East and West Hawai‘i. Re: Comm. 411 Intr. by: Ms. Ford Approve: FC-139 Res. 177-11: AUTHORIZES THE PAYMENT OF FUNDS OF A LATER FISCAL YEAR AND OF MORE THAN ONE FISCAL YEAR FOR A MULTI-YEAR LEASE FOR NINE MULTI-FUNCTION COPIERS FOR THE HAWAI‘I COUNTY POLICE DEPARTMENT Authorizes the Mayor to enter into a five-year lease agreement for nine multi- functional copiers, and shall be leased at a cost not to exceed $153 per machine/per month and $.013 per copy at seven locations; and $48 per machine/per month and $.019 per copy at two substations. (Copiers to be located at the following locations: North Hilo, Hāmākua, Waimea, Maunalani Substation, Kohala, Captain Cook Substation, Ka‘u, and Kea‘au.)
