Funds will be used to improve the <br />intersection and add a left-turn pocket into Mānā Road, from the Māmalahoa Highway, <br />in the town of Waimea, South Kohala, Hawai‘i. The $56,000 appropriation for Federal <br />funding is needed for the planning, design, and engineering of the project.
