These impact fees (roads, parks, fire/EMS, police, <br />solid waste and wastewater) will be administered by the Planning Director. The <br />chapter also establishes an Impact Fee Fund per benefit district to be administered <br />by the Finance Director. Exemptions from the terms of the chapter are listed as well <br />as criteria and requirements for impact fees applicable to affordable housing units. <br />Administrative fines for violations of this chapter are also established.
