TO THE WATER <br />BOARD OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />The Church of Latter Day Saints (LDS) constructed new classrooms at their <br />Honoka`a Ward site, and building permit requirements includes the installation of a <br />new water line and hydrant to service the additional facilities.
