Hawaii County Council -4 Page 9 January 20, 2011 <br />Bill 323: <br />(2008 -2010) <br />AMENDS ORDINANCE NO. 10 -60, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO PUBLIC <br />IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR <br />JULY 1, 2010 TO JUNE 30, 2011 <br />Adds PARKS AND RECREATION: North Kohala Recreational Facility Repairs <br />and Upgrades ($2,000,000); funds shall be provided from General Obligation <br />Bonds, Capital Projects Fund —Fund Balance and/or Other Sources ($2,000,000). <br />Funds would be used for repairs and upgrades to the facilities at Ke6kea <br />Beach Park, the design and construction to replace the condemned <br />grandstand structure at Kamehameha Park (with a new covered spectator <br />area serving the primary ball fields), and for additional repair and upgrade <br />efforts required at numerous recreational facilities in the district. <br />Re: Comm. 1000 <br />Intr. by: Mr. Onishi <br />Approved: FC -4 <br />2/3 Vote: Section 10 -6(d), Hawai`i County Charter <br />Bill 324: AMENDS ORDINANCE NO. 10 -60, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO PUBLIC <br />(2008 -2010) IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR <br />JULY 1, 2010 TO JUNE 30, 2011 <br />Adds ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT: Kailua Recycling and Transfer <br />Station Repairs and Enhancements -Fair Share ($250,000); funds shall be provided <br />from Fair Share Contributions (Fund Balance— Designated) ($250,000).
