Funds would <br />be used to provide a grant to Catholic Charities of Hawai‘i for its West Hawai‘i <br />Faith-Based Summit to end homelessness. <br /> <br /> Reference: Comm. 195 <br /> Intr. by: Ms. David (B/R) <br />First Reading: April 19, 2017 <br /> <br /> <br />Bill 28: AMENDS ORDINANCE NO. 16-72, AS AMENDED, THE OPERATING <br />BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAI‘I FOR THE FISCAL YEAR <br />ENDING JUNE 30, 2017, RELATING TO THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS TO <br />THE PUBLIC ACCESS, OPEN SPACE, AND NATURAL RESOURCES <br />PRESERVATION FUND <br />Increases revenues in the Real Property Tax Interest account ($85,500); and <br />appropriates $76,000 to the Transfer to Public Access/Open Space Preservation <br />Fund account, and $9,500 to the Transfer to Public Access/Open Space <br />Preservation Maintenance Fund account.
