Contingency Relief funds from District 4 would be used towards the Diabetes Self Management Education Program.} Res. 513-08: Directs the Director of Finance to Negotiate a Lease with the Roman Catholic Church in the State of Hawaii, dba Office for Social Ministry, for the Purpose of Providing Services to Homeless Persons with Terms to Include a Rental Term of Ten Years at a Set Rental of $10 Per Year. {The rental unit is located at 1495 Kuleana Place, Hilo; TMK:2-4-064:018.} Res. 514-08: Transfers/Appropriates an Appropriation Out and From the Designated Fund Account(s) and Credits Same to a Designated Fund Account(s). {Transfers/appropriates $5,500 out and from Clerk-Council Services-Contingency Relief account; credits same to Department of Parks and Recreation RSVP -Other Current Expense (Mileage and Auto Allowance). Contingency Relief funds from District 4 would be used to supplement mileage reimbursements for the Retired and Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) volunteers and staff } Res. 522-08: Transfers/Appropriates an Appropriation Out and From the Designated Fund Account(s) and Credits Same to a Designated Fund Account(s). {Transfers/appropriates $5,000 out and from Clerk-Council Services-Contingency Relief account; credits same to Office of Housing and Community Development Transfer to Housing Fund (Office for Social Ministry - Hawaii Island Food Basket). Contingency Relief funds from District 7 would be used to supplement the supply of food to the Food Basket Inc./I-Iawai`i Island Food Bank.} Res. 523-08: Authorizes the Office of the Mayor to Enter Into an Agreement with the State of Hawaii Department of the Attorney General, Pursuant to HRS 46-7, for the Interrogation Room Equipment Grant for the Hawaii County Police Department. {Funds would be used to upgrade the equipment in the interview rooms by purchasing an iRecord Digital Video(Audio Recording System.} Res. 524-08: Transfers/Appropriates an Appropriation Out and From the Designated Fund Account(s) and Credits Same to a Designated Fund Account(s). {Transfers/appropriates $3,165 out and from Clerk-Council Services-Contingency Relief account; credits same to Department of Parks and Recreation, Recreation Division Other Current Expense Education-Recreation-Scientific Supplies fund (Ping-pong tables). Contingency Relief funds from District 9 would be used to purchase ping pong tables for King Kamehameha Park, North Kohala, in order to meet the needs of an increasing number of interests and participation from constituents. }
