The additional funds would be used to establish a statewide traffic data system and ensure compliance with national standards. Funds for these projects shall be provided from General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund—Fund Balance and/or other Sources ($2 million), and would be used for the development of pickleball and tennis courts at Kamakoa Nui Park in Waik6loa.
